We are a family-owned and -operated business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are primarily a Dish Network Retailer, but we also install, troubleshoot, and repair DirecTV® and Free-To-Air Systems such as Fortec Star, Pansat and GlobeCast.
There are a lot of national retailers out there with 800 numbers that will sell you satellite TV, but New Mexico Satellite Man is going to give you something they can't. 505-350-6428 is my cell phone number, which I carry with me seven days a week. When you call it, you're calling the same man you spoke with when you ordered your system, the same man who installed it in your home and showed you how to use it. When you call me, I'm your satellite man. You just can't get that with the 800s.
What can the 800 numbers give you that I can't? Nothing. I've got every Dish Network promotion. I've got every American and International channel Dish Network offers. As an authorized retailer, I've got every programming package, every promotional offer, and every type of receiver Dish Network has: HD, DVR, dual-tuner, single-tuner. In short, there is nothing the 800s can offer that I can't provide from my home office right here in town. With me, though, you get the same man every time you dial the phone.
